Responsibilities:
  1. Sourcing and Procurement:
    • Identify and establish relationships with farmers and rice millers for the procurement of agricultural commodities, with a primary focus on few catalogue items mentioned in website.
    • Conduct negotiations to secure competitive pricing and favorable terms.
    • Monitor market trends, crop yields, and pricing to inform procurement decisions.
    • Ensure a consistent and reliable supply chain of high-quality agricultural commodities.
  2. Sales and Distribution:
    • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue targets, including selling agricultural commodities to wholesalers, retailers, and other end customers.
    • Collaborate with the sales team to explore new markets and distribution channels.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
  3. Quality Assurance:
    • Implement and oversee quality control measures for procured agricultural commodities.
    • Collaborate with relevant teams to address any quality-related issues promptly.
  4. Market Analysis:
    • Conduct regular market analysis to stay informed about industry trends, pricing fluctuations, and competitor activities.
    • Provide insights and recommendations based on market research.
  5. Logistics and Supply Chain Management:
    • Coordinate logistics to ensure timely delivery of agricultural commodities to customers.
    • Optimize supply chain processes to reduce costs and enhance efficiency.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in procurement and sales of agricultural commodities, with a focus on rice.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Familiarity with market trends, crop seasons, and agricultural practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance standards.
  • Experience with contract management and legal considerations in procurement and sales.

Responsibilities:
  1. Outbound Calling:
    • Initiate outbound calls to potential customers in the target market.
    • Introduce our company, products, and services to prospects.
  2. Sales and Procurement Pitch:
    • Clearly and effectively communicate the benefits and features of our products and services.
    • Customize sales pitches to address the specific needs and interests of individual customers.
  3. Customer Relationship Building:
    • Establish and nurture positive relationships with customers over the phone.
    • Understand customer requirements and address concerns to build trust.
  4. Sales Conversion:
    • Utilize persuasive techniques to convert potential leads into customers.
    • Achieve sales targets by meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly quotas.
  5. Product Knowledge:
    • Stay updated on the features, pricing, and benefits of our products and services.
    • Clearly articulate the unique selling points to customers.
  6. Follow-Up:
    • Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads and move prospects through the sales funnel.
    • Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
  7. Market Feedback:
    • Gather feedback from customers regarding their needs, preferences, and satisfaction levels.
    • Share valuable insights with the sales and procurement teams for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Telecaller Executive or similar customer service/sales role.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and fluency in the telugu, English and Hindi.
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to handle objections and turn them into opportunities.
  • Positive and enthusiastic attitude towards sales and customer engagement.
  • Basic computer skills for updating customer records and using CRM software.
